A comprehensive gasket and seal package for rebuilding or resealing the lower portion of the Mercedes OM606 engine.
Instead of sourcing individual seals and gaskets one at a time, this kit brings together the major components needed during an OM606 short-block rebuild or reseal. Select the correct vacuum-pump gasket for your engine and choose whether to include the flywheel inspection-hole cover.

Vacuum Pump Gasket Options
OM606 Turbo
Typically used with the turbo-style OM606 vacuum pump. If your vacuum pump uses two metal retaining tabs that hook over the front of the pump, it will generally use this gasket.
OM603 / OM606 NA
For engines using the alternate OM603/OM606 naturally aspirated-style vacuum pump arrangement.
Verify the vacuum-pump configuration on your engine before ordering.
Important — Check Your Thermostat Before Ordering
The included thermostat O-ring (601-203-00-76) is only compatible with the grooved thermostat style.
OM606 engines may have different thermostat configurations. Check the thermostat currently installed in your engine before ordering. If your thermostat does not have the groove for this O-ring, this seal will not fit.
