Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns - Pump Upgrades

Returns on pump upgrades are not accepted.  We will warrantee our work and stand by the upgrade but issues that may have been pre-existing to the pump (governor issues) or installation issues are outside of the scope of our pump upgrades.  Naturally we will do everything in our power to get you up and running but we are limited in our ability to do this remotely.

Returns - Turbos

Turbo returns are handled in the following manner, but please contact us first to confirm the course of action!

  • $100 restocking fee for turbos that have never been installed, never been clocked, no fittings attached, no signs of grease, etc.  This category of turbo must resemble a 100% new turbo.  These turbos will be resold for $50 less than our normal price as an open box and the remaining amount used to fund the labor, opportunity loss, packaging, etc.  Turbos must be returned in the same in tact Holset box.  Our turbos have serial numbers that match the packaging and it is critical that all counterfeit controls match.
  • Used resale.  Any turbo that has been mounted, used, clocked, internal clocking pins removed, dirty, etc will be resold by us as a garage sale item.  Please contact us to discuss the situation and price determination.

If we receive a used turbo that was declared as pristine and was not, we will not refund the turbo or list it without a discussion first.  If we cannot agree on a path forward the return shipping will be at the expense of the customer/returning partner.

Returns - Other Parts

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All non-turbo refunds are subjected to a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards / Gift Certificates
- Special orders (items not normally stocked and sourced by request by you)

To complete your return, we require an order number and date of purchase and advanced communication regarding the return.  Please use the contact us form to notify us and receive instructions prior to returning your item(s). 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7 business days of receipt.  Credit processors, such as banks or PayPal, may take an additional 2-5 days to return the funds. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact us form.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through the contact us form and send your item to: BenzForce LLC, 15511 Hwy 71 West, Ste 110, #404, Austin TX 78738.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address located in the website footer

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties and fees.
