Exchange Process
Currently we work on an exchange basis, meaning we do not build pumps on a customer request basis. This is how the exchange works:
Purchase the pump online.
Your core must be received within 30 days or the order will be canceled.
In the event the order is canceled because the core was not received within the 30 day window, yet a core is received after cancelation, the customer will be required to pay return shipping for their core.
The core should be in good operational shape.
If there are issues (rusty camshaft, broken case, etc. we will reach out to you to discuss.
Be sure to keep all your banjo fittings and linkage parts
It is suggested you insure your pump and make sure all oil is drained and it is bagged so it will not leak. We have had carriers throw leaking cores away with no reimbursement.
Please pad your pump so it does not get damaged.
om603

We would appreciate the ALDA if you no longer need it
The shutoff valve must be intact and not broken
om617 (while supplies last)

The ALDA must be good and included with the pump
The shutoff valve and rack dampener must be included with the core
