This adapter is machined from a solid piece of stainless steel and offers a smooth taper from the om606's KKK flange to a T3 flange. Additionally, the design differs from our competition in that the original om606 manifold heat shield can be retained to help reduce the heat transfer to the turbo's compressor housing. This kit includes:

- 4 x M10x1.5 studs
- 4 x M10 wide flange copper nuts
