Looking for a smaller turbo for say ... an om617? This may be your ticket. It is a T3 flange, HE200 with an integrated wastegate bracket AND comes with the backplate. This is much cheaper than the 5.5cm HE221 which does not include the outlet and has a pinned wastegate. I did not open this turbo so it may have pins but the bracket is not bolted to the compressor housing so you should be free to clock it as needed.
It was bought as a sample and sent to a friend of the company who opted for the larger 7cm HE221 due to the fact he already had one. It was opened but does not appear to ever have been used.
This is a one-off for us and we will not be ordering more.
